How to order...
Here are some points to bear in mind when ordering your E.Dubied & Co wheels.
The perfect wheel.
Which wheel do I need? Not a problem check the details here. (add correct link)
The right place...
Usually we can tell what country you’re buying from, but if we have it wrong for whatever reason, you can change country at the top of any page (just scroll up).
... and right price.
With the right country will be shown the right kind of price: US dollars, UK pounds, Euro and so on. The prices shown include VAT. If your country uses another currency from the one you see, either euros or US dollars will be displayed. Our currency conversion rates are adjusted every few months.
As accurate as we (or technology) can be.
We take a huge amount of care to present our products as accurately as we can. That said, the images you see may differ slightly from the actual product, depending on your browser and screen display.
Ordering...
Please create an account with an email address and password when ordering. This way you will be able to check up on your orders and their status with ease.
Vouchers and codes.
Vouchers can be used just like any other currency. Simply input them at checkout when prompted, enter the voucher details and you’re done – easy!
Confirming your order.
Once your order is placed and processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email once everything has been approved. Credit cards and PayPal accounts will be debited once your order is placed.
In stock?
We will only let orders be placed if the right product you’re after is available in your region. If we’re sold out of whatever it is you’re after, we will show the expected delivery date on the product page. You can leave your mail and we let you know when the product is back n stock, or you can preorder the product. For preorder we will charge you immediately 10% of the product price and the remaining amount when we ship the product to you.
No product, no charge.
If we can’t supply you with the product you’ve ordered for whatever reason, we will refund you in full and notify you immediately so you’re always kept in the loop.
Payments...
Ways to pay.
You can pay for your order by credit card, debit card, PayPal or Apple pay. Accepted credit and debit cards include: Visa MasterCard Visa Electron American Express Apple Pay. Paying via PayPal will take you to the external PayPal website, where you will either log in or register. Once you have made your PayPal payment, you will be directed back to our order page, please be sure to wait until this has been done. Orders will be shipped as soon as the payment amount has come through.
Buying online safely.
We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to make your online shopping with us as simple and safe as possible. SSL both encrypts and protects the data you send us over the Internet. When SSL is activated, a padlock will be shown in the address line on your browser and/or the address will begin not with the usual "http" but with "https". When you see this, you can sit back and shop knowing your transactions are safe and secure.
