We ship worldwide, except for the following countries: India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Israel, South Africa.

Wheels that are on stock will be ready for shipment within 7-10 days. When your order leaves the door, you will be notified by email. Then you can track your order with the info that is supplied. You can also find this info in your account that you created during checkout.

You can return or exchange your order, when, within 14 days of receiving the product, you have sent us an email to inform us, or, you have sent in a completed return/exchange form.

Once we received the product we will notify you by email. In the case of a return, the refund will be processed within 21 days. In case of an exchange, we will dispatch your new product within 7-10 days.

Important notice: CSTM wheels are personalized and made to order. The 14-day cooling period does not apply to these products and are therefor not allowed to be returned or exchanged.
